The breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there.   I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere. We could get to anything--the mountains, shopping, the beach, and restaurants--in less than ten minutes. The staff was so nice to our whole family and very hospitable. We felt very comfortable staying here and would do so again in the future.
