  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there. The rooms were practical, comfortable, modern, and affordable. It was like staying in a Hotel with the bonus of Table Mountain views from the bedroom and balcony.

  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... vad folk säger » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  We liked the friendliness of the staff. We stayed the first two days and the last two days of our trip to South Africa and we were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated...we had stayed in the hotel five years ago and it was exactly as I remembered it and we will definitely be staying there on our return visit////breakfasts were also ... vad folk säger » super...it should be noted that we travelled with another couple ...mc gettigans...and this review is for all of us - The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face.   The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.
