The staff were so helpful and friendly, they had lots of suggesting and advice on what to do in the area and where to go. There was a large lounge with British t.v and wifi. The view was great right next to the lake. Good location, decent common room and outide area. Staff very helpful. V nice & helpful staff . Clean , great location right on lake. Honestly? The girl at the reception. She had a magical smile :).
