The receptionist\manager speaks English and was very friendly and helpful. She also suggested for us nice destinations to visit and some restaurants for dinner. Great personnel, nice spa (10 euro/2 hours/person), parking for free (we had in the garage, but usually is outside - covered). 10-15 mins walk to the center of Stary Smokovec, nice Restaurant close, also a small shop.
