This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly.

We had the Olive Apartment and I would definitely recommend this Apartment. It is very spacious with separate lounge, bedroom and kitchen plus a lovely view of the Church next door It is about 1.5 k's easy walking distance from the Kremlin. Wow. All :) The free pick-up service from the airport, friendly short and efficient welcome on site by a young lady with excellent english. The location ! Few minutes from Metro, steps from restaurants and supermarkets. Comfort of room, good WIFI. Home away from home. Great for even a few days . Will definitely be back . I was looking for a hotel nearby the Red Square at an “affordable”
price. With respect to location it is one of the best hotels you can
find in Moscow, being a five minute walk from the Kremlin entrance. When

Very comfortable, nice-looking, clean room and bathroom,very friendly staff, central location is perfect for sightseeng, 4 min walking to Red Square. Breakfast is not rich but quite enough. We paid 5500 RUB per night, for this price in Moscow it is a fantastic place to stay

I also got a bit suspicious, after reading all these good reviews about
this apartment, but, to be honest, everything is true. Nice apartment,
well equipped, every piece of furniture and every detail is new and
nicely combined. Also the location is excellent - you can easily go by
metro to every part of the city. And also, the owner, Konstantin is a
great guy who can help you with everything you need. Overall - you gonna
enjoyed your stay there, no doubt.

The apartment was excellent.... All you need in a house were in. Even toothbrush. Constantin -the owner - was very polite and his hospitality made us feel very comfortable. The entrance is bad but don't give any attention at it. You ll enjoy every minute in that renovated flat. Very warm and clean. Close to smalenskaya metro station(light blue) and Arbat street. Only three stops to the center and Kremlin. I recommend it.

The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.

please note in your site you do not describe that the deluxe room is in village. In village spa is not included and it is far away from spa. So I suggest you correct it. Manager honoured me a hotel room for the price I have booked with you 6555 instead of 6900 ( I have stayed before direct booking this price)
