  Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I would like to notice that breakfast is very diverse and tasty, so you will find what... vad folk säger » ever you want. - Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

  The best location in Moscow. Friendly and qualified staff. Very friendly to my young grandson. Hystorical building and luxurious interiors. Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side). It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow.   Excellent hotel staff. The restaurant inside hotel is perfect. - Use it quite often dring business trips. Last two times got a nice upgrade of the room. Evening restaurant menu is really great.
