  W St. Petersburg strikes the right balance between all the elements from a perfect location and excellent facilities to SERVICE that's a cut above the rest. I'm really grateful to the staff, especially to Daria and Valentina, for being so helpful and for making me feel as if I were at home. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt. Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English.
