Excellent location, within a short walk from the metro station and All-Russian Exhibition Center, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. It's also very convenient to go to other train stations. The english-speaking stuff is kind and willing to help. Wifi connection is good. -

Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine.
