  What a treasure! Much bigger and much cozier than an avarage hotel room plus you get a kitchen! Could not be happier with the vacation rental. As Mr. Balmont (a descendant of an old family of Russian aristocrats) puts it: "I strive for excellence, for my name is on the line." Thank you Konstantin :-) We'll be back for more. - The apartment was excellent.... All you need in a house were in. Even toothbrush. Constantin -the owner - was very polite and his hospitality made us feel very comfortable. The entrance is bad but don't give any attention at it. You ll enjoy every minute in that renovated flat. Very warm and clean. Close to smalenskaya metro station(light blue) and Arbat street. Only three stops to the center and Kremlin. I recommend it.

  Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Konstantin – the owner of apartment is been very helpful to me explaining about all facilities.   Really cool place! Very cozy, comfortable and good-designed hotel with quit relaxed atmosphere. You feel like owners were trying to take care about all your needs and at the same time make everything simple and still functional. It seems people feel very proud about working there....   Very clean and confortable. Very quiet Best place for those that want a cheap and nice sleep. Staff was very helpful, but unfotunately didn't speak english. Not in the centre but we knew before booking but it's just next to one metro station.   Actually everything was good, but what is the most important is early check-in allowed. We arrived early morning around 7 a.m., and we were glad that staff invited us to stay at the lounge area to wait check-in hours. It was very kind, and lounge area was very comfortable. While waiting check-in we were able to have a shower and to have breakfast.... vad folk säger » - Very cool hostel at the very center of moscow. I stayed there 3 weeks and was able to enjoy my stay. Three key points for me: 1)On the same building there is a russian school so if you come to moscow and want to study a bit of the language is perfect. 2) every bed has 2 power socket. Объяснили все как и чем пользоваться, все было в идеально чистом состоянии. Код к подключению к интернету WiFi, телефонные контакты, все было предоставлено проффесионально.
