  Really cool place! Very cozy, comfortable and good-designed hotel with quit relaxed atmosphere. You feel like owners were trying to take care about all your needs and at the same time make everything simple and still functional. It seems people feel very proud about working there.... P.S. special thanks for the beautiful complimentary champagne, card, and s - Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow... Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat. Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise. Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

We stayed there for our honeymoon and all was perfectly arranged , even without telling that we got married they noticed and they made extra arrangements for us , just a perfect place to be and made our day even more special - It's so nice to stay in a place full of history.   Been to this hotel many times. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.   Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremil... vad folk säger » in, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

  This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -... vad folk säger » The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

  I liked everything, literally. No complains at all. Everything was high quality, the staff was very nice, the room was beautiful, quite luxurious and very clean. The hotel in general was very good, all the lounge areas were great, the gym and the swimming pool, jaccuzzi and sauna were great. Everything was just super comfortable. The location of t... vad folk säger » he hotel is not very central, but it is very close to the metro (7 or 8 minute walk) and it's just a couple of stations until the centre, so it was to - The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.
