  Been to this hotel many times. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.
