The Hotel is very close to the Metro station Rizhkaya. In 2 minutes you can reach the metro.I travelto Moscow for business and I prefer to travel by metro instead of unexpectible Moscow traffic.This is the best hotel I can find so far which also has an acceptable price. We could leave our baggage on arrival and when our flight wasn't
until the evening, the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke
good English, and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The bed was the
most comfortable I have ever stayed in, and it was very close to a Metro
stop (Rizhskaya) and close to the centre.

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful from the beginning. Kind and always ready to answer questions. We left a coat in the limo from the airport, they immediately called the company and had the coat delivered. Assisted with getting tickets for a concert, scheduled taxis, and recommended restaurants, just wonderful. Their names are Yulia (two of them) and Tatiana. The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

We selected Ulanskaya hotel as it was close to the Red line, and we came
for the rugby tournament held at Luhinski stadium, over a 3 day period.
Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.

The hostel is located in a great location - right in the historical part of Moscow - on the boulevard ring. There are two streets that go straight to the Red Square which is very convenient. The hostel staff all speak good English, which is a big plus, because you don't always find that in Russia. The facilities are good with AC - which is nice,

This was a good hotel within about 10mins walk of the the metro (VDNKh). Receptionists always spoke English.
Food good, breakfast was not massively extensive but adequate. Ate in the restaurant one night and it was good quality.

Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and renovated. Very
good location, close to metro station, and to Cremlin. There are a
