The Hotel is very close to the Metro station Rizhkaya. In 2 minutes you can reach the metro.I travelto Moscow for business and I prefer to travel by metro instead of unexpectible Moscow traffic.This is the best hotel I can find so far which also has an acceptable price. We could leave our baggage on arrival and when our flight wasn't
until the evening, the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke
good English, and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The bed was the
most comfortable I have ever stayed in, and it was very close to a Metro
stop (Rizhskaya) and close to the centre.

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

This was a good hotel within about 10mins walk of the the metro (VDNKh). Receptionists always spoke English.
Food good, breakfast was not massively extensive but adequate. Ate in the restaurant one night and it was good quality.

Nice, spacious, clean hotel with helpful English-speaking staff. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was well furnished and large, 30 square metres. There was a very good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. The hotel was in a pleasant area and only 5 minutes walk from the metro and 19 minutes by tube from the Kremlin. It was very good value for money.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely traditional style of hotel. -
