  Been to this hotel many times. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Location is excellent and you can walk to most of the places of interest - Kremlin etc in 10 minutes. Metro station 2 minutes away. - Everything was top, as always.   Wonderful charming staff...quick walk from Gorky Park...i will always stay here when in Moscow...and having top Georgian restaurant in the hotel is a big plus... - Front desk staff very helpful & friendly Fairly convenient for Metro Park Kultury which has two subway lines.   Really cool place! Very cozy, comfortable and good-designed hotel with quit relaxed atmosphere. You feel like owners were trying to take care about all your needs and at the same time make everything simple and still functional. It seems people feel very proud about working there.... P.S. special thanks for the beautiful complimentary champagne, card, and s - Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow... Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat. Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise. Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

  This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly. Clean and good hotel. Location is main advantage of the hotel, 20 minutes on foot or 2 metro stations to Red Square, lots of nice restaurants and clubs around, a theater and a concert hall. 15-minute walk to Belorussky train station for the express train to Sheremetyevo airport.
