The room was nice, clean and cozy and the bathroom was also clean. The room also had some other nice features such as a fridge, a water cooker for tea and an AC. Free wi-fi was also available and it worked well. The hotel manager lady was helpful even though she didn't speak English. -

Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.
Convenient small supermarket nearby helped offset high Moscow food and drink prices. -

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. It's also very convenient to go to other train stations. The english-speaking stuff is kind and willing to help. Wifi connection is good. -

... vad folk säger » at the hotel very short time. That's why I can't say much about the hotel and service. But: 1. location is fantastic good. Everything is nearby, especially airexpress to the Sheremetevo airport;
2. Small and very cousy restaurant working 24 hours. I arrived to the hotel arround 11 p.m. and I get good dinner;
3. Fast internet.
