  I was looking for a hotel nearby the Red Square at an “affordable” price. With respect to location it is one of the best hotels you can find in Moscow, being a five minute walk from the Kremlin entrance. When I arrived at 8 am, I was offered breakfast and was able to keep my luggage in a secured place. The receptionist was also so kind to give me ... vad folk säger » some first advice. When I came back in the evening I was guided to my room and was very happy to see that it was a very clean and quiet room with a go - Very comfortable, nice-looking, clean room and bathroom,very friendly staff, central location is perfect for sightseeng, 4 min walking to Red Square. Breakfast is not rich but quite enough. We paid 5500 RUB per night, for this price in Moscow it is a fantastic place to stay

Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side). It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow. The staff were friendly, recognizing and greeting us as I came and went.

  Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremil... vad folk säger » in, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

  Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.   What a treasure! Much bigger and much cozier than an avarage hotel room plus you get a kitchen! Could not be happier with the vacation rental. As Mr. Balmont (a descendant of an old family of Russian aristocrats) puts it: "I strive for excellence, for my name is on the line." Constantin -the owner - was very polite and his hospitality made us feel very comfortable. The entrance is bad but don't give any attention at it. You ll enjoy every minute in that renovated flat. Very warm and clean. Close to smalenskaya metro station(light blue) and Arbat street. Only three stops to the center and Kremlin. I recommend it.
