Great service at check in. English speaking staff. The room was not very big, but very comfortable and clean, it seemed as if it was newly decorated. Very good value. Next time I am in Moscow I will use Arbat House again. -
Clean small room, helpful staff and rich breakfast at the BB cafe (if you're lucky you can get authentic Russian pancakes!).

Superbly friendly personnel ready to resolve any difficulties! I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!

the New Tretyakov Gallery. The room and the bathroom were of a decent
size recently updated. Metro is around the corner; easy to get to from
Vnukovo and Domodedovo. Great dining options are just around the corner;

intend to hit the Tretyakov Gallery and other sites in Zamoskvorechie. -
The hotel is like any other decent 3-4 star hotel. Clean room, nice bed
and a good location. The hotel is also near Gorky Park which is a great
place to go to on weekend nights and relax from the Moscow rush and see
how Russians truly are when they are relaxed.

We selected Ulanskaya hotel as it was close to the Red line, and we came
for the rugby tournament held at Luhinski stadium, over a 3 day period.
Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.
