  As soon as I arrived, the receptionist (who helped me) spoke very good english and showed me my room. This made me feel at home straight away, as my russian is beginner level and quite poor. Very friendly and smiling person, I won't forget her, a pleasure to deal with. The Rooms are in two separate apartments. Mine was in the one across the road ... vad folk säger » from the main reception. There was also a man who spoke enough english to talk with, and a woman who spoke Russian (but this is not a problem, as s - rather clean room, good and clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, no-fry rule for the kitchen=no smell, friendly staff, willing to help and keep you in the room a little longer than 12^00 (if needed)

  The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The reception staff were helpful in a professional manner. The location was quiet and close to a park area. A short walk to Red Square and the Kremlin.

  Excellent location. At walking distance (20 min) from the Red Square, close to a metro station (3 min) and in a nice lane with a beautiful park along the lane. The park was still covered with snow, but we can imagine how nice it is in spring or summer. Rooms were very clean.
