Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.

we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.

Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow...
Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat.
Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise.
Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the
walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc
on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and
spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I
booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.
