  I like location,very usefull to be in the center of the city. I like very much staff persons, all of them were very friendly ahd helpfull!!! I like very much to get my room earlier - at 7am (instead of 2 pm). The room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was really super! - Helpful staff - arranged free upgrade as this was our 4th stay.   The surprise on finding such a good hotel so close to Krasnodar airport. The last time I was there, some 10 years ago, you had to go into Krasnodar City to find a hotel close to the quality of the Undersun. The ability to get some breakfast at 03:30 in the morning for an early flight.
