  Excellent staff & service, very friendly & helpful. This relatively new hotel is an excellent choice for a city center stay following several days on the train. My room was very comfortable & clean. I arrived mid morning & requested an early check-in. No problem! But I could only - Hotel room and Lobby and hallways very clean presentable, the reception staff spoke excellent English and were truly helpful.   Although the hotel isn't in the centre of the city, it has very good transport links to the city centre all of which pass nearby the hotel. The room was very nicely furnished, it was clean and it was comfortable. The staff is very helpful although they speak only the Russian language.   Nice people; well one lady was a pisser. There's always one, but the rest bent over backwards. Wireless in the lobby. Central location in then Buryatian market. Internet cafe in the block. - Modest price. Hotels in Irkutsk are expensive, especially when booking online.

  The flat is very spacious, clean and cosy. Alexander is an amazing host. He communicated with me regularly before my arrival, picked me up and then stored my luggage multiple times while I was travelling in Baikal. Very nice person and is always ready to help out at any time of the day. Flat is located near the river and is not very central but Ir... vad folk säger » kutsk is a very small place and it only takes 10min to get to central by car and Alexander was always happy to drop us for a reasonable price. Also as - Our host Alexander was fantastically helpful and friendly - he met us at the train station and later drove us to the airport, as well as helping us arrange our onward travel to Olkhon Island. The flat was clean and bright, with a double bed and sofa bed for a third person, and we spent two very comfortable nights there - although we couldn't find a third pillow!
