  I want to give Salut 10 out of 10, because even though there were a few minor things that weren't perfect, the advantages strongly outweighed them. Firstly, I emailed a few days prior to our arrival to ask (in English) if a taxi could be arranged to collect us from Sheremetrevo (60+ Km) and another for Domodedevo (10k) the next day.
