I Can only say positive things however I did not go further than reception. We have booked a double and a single room in Premier and on arrival we were advised that there is no hot water and it will only be fixed the next day. The hotel offered a a 4*hotel replacement which was a short drive away. Hotel President. The hotel was absolutely amazing, huge luxury rooms, with jacuzzi bath. They have also offered free dinner in their restaurant. So well done Hotel Premier for offering such a fantasti.
