  Pretty much everything (note - we stayed in a 4stars room, within the new building). Great value for the money we've paid (from what I understood though, that was a discounted price, thanks letsbookhotel.com!), good breakfast (quality products plus wide serving hours), nice indoor pool (and with the unpredictable weather Poiana Brasov offers, that... vad folk säger » 's a great plus too) working over 12hours a day, great location with good access, large parking area and fair interior design, with an above-the-avera - Great hotel perfectly situatated to benefit from all the facilities in Poiana. Three minute walk to the main ski lifts and the childrens slope. Five minute walk to the sledging slope. The rooms are extremely comfortable and perfectly clean. The other facilities in the hotel are excellent, great pool, indoor and outdoor play grounds for children and proper bowling facilites. The food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all great value and the best hotel I have experienced in

  I'm already a commune client and I can say it's really comfortable to come and stay within this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities and location are quite good. - The location is veri nice, quiet. Nice rooms. Very nice spa. Excelent breakfest. Very frendly stuff (our room was not ready and they give us un upgrade).

  The appartments are great from all points of view. We had a hudge appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice living. Cosy, spacious, very suitable for a family with kids. The personel was very kind. Breakfast is very good. Ammenities and spa also great.   We stayed in the apartment, as a complimentary upgrade from the hotel. The apartment was nicely furbished, pretty clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good, lots of options and always full. Also, the spa room is decent, the pool is average is size, the jacuzzi was functional and clean, also the sauna was working and it was great!   we found the hotel to be very stylish and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - The staff was really cooperative since we had little children and too many issues occure all the time. I liked the fact that they tried so hard to give us the spirit of Christmas with gifts,songs and a giant Santa that welcomed us every day.

Afte the site confirmation I also recived a hotel confirmation and transaction details. I was pretty impressed by friendly personnel always willing to se4rve in the parking, reception, restaurant.
