good price for this town en eqsy to find when you came from the station. the localisation. It was clean and reliable. The staff was fairly competent and friendly. Some of the receptionist were very friendly, some of them not so.Nice staff in reception and restaurant. Location Price. it's near the station no need to take a taxi.

TV channels at choice, air conditioning, etc.nothing:bad staff,no internet,no services.... leaving and going to a better hotel.the room was without bathroom and toilets. The standard of the shower (+ toilet outside the rooms); too far away from the city centre.The water in the shower sometimes was freezing cold. In the restaurant,next to the hotel, there were prostitutes and pimps which came talkingto you, which isn't that nice when you're eating. Even though, thisisn't the responsability of the hotel. Hotel under refurbishment. No cleaning between the first and second day. No soap and shampoo in bathroom. Leakage from shower cabinet to the floor. Seat of toilet fallen apart. No mosquito net on the window and a lot of mosquito during night. Problem with connecting the internet. No internet connection from my room.No hot water, not even after it was promissed 4 times. Busy crossroads and no curtains. The person at the reception admitted the hotel wasn't finished yet but the manager still wanted to open it for costumers. It's too expensive for what they can offer. I booked for 5 nights but checked out already after one. I had to leave early and asked for a packed breakfast , but in the morning they said there was nothing left from the restaurant. Heater in the room didn't work, used AC instead. there was no cold water and the price listed was available only for a specific offer for weekends... the price I payed was bigger. Wireless internet. Very expensive for the standard. Staff - surly, facilities - lacking, hot water - non-existent. The internet description of the room was incorrect. I paid for a premium room which was supposed to include many extras like a DVD player, mini-bar and iron, but none were actually provided. Additionally, there was no hot water for 2 days in a row and their credit card machine was broken. Paid full premium price for a not finished room: no curtains, hot water missing on 1st day + following morning, then only hot water on both taps; toilet had still previous tourist's faeces on seat and inside, breakfast was only meat, cheese, butter and jam and 1 hard bolied egg + bread, no veg (a tomato would be cheap to offer), so I could not eat it.Complained. Asked for discount and got 10%.no hot water, staff was very rude, front desk was very unhelpful with directions, questions, etc, bed was very uncomfortable, :(.
