Superb location overlooking the river and very close to very attractive market square. Good food and friendly staff who can speak English & German. Excellent Breakfast. Restaurant is high quality with very nice ambiance with decking area during the summer to eat outside. I liked the staff, accomidations, breakfast, room, location (minutes to town square, mall, train station, and university), being near the canal, being near a lot of restaurants (the Masque being the best meal), and being provided an umbrella when I asked for one.
alla recensioner » Great location - rooms at the back of the hotel overlook the river. Central to the Old Town and the tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel Piast is just down town, only 2 minutes walk to the center of Opole and has its own resturant, which has exellent food. I can recomand this hotel on highest level. The staff are friendly and helpful and have a good level of English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and was varied. Location, easy access, friendly and helpful staff, view from the room, the room not small and with a good bathroom. It's location is really good. It's on the river bank and there's a good view through the window. Location is very good and rooms are so comfortable .stuff is very helpfull and usefull. nice hotel clean and very good position .also breakfast quite good. Wonderful Location, in the heart of Opole. Staff is great. Good value for money, most staff speaks good english. 1. Great location - 2 min from the Old Town Center. location (by the river, close to old town). the view from window. Not having a lift (elevator). Access to the car park from the main road from the west awkward - trying to turn left into the car park during busy times very difficult. Room (102) security compromised by not being able to close and lock one of the windows, which overlooked a balcony which is accessible by the public, but not by the hotel guests (unless they go to the car park first). No coffee making facilities in the rooms. It's not very obvious where the reception is. It's on the first, not ground, floor, but it's not indicated on the ground floor you have to go upstairs and there are a few doors on the ground floor making it even more confusing. There's no elevator so it's not convenient for large baggages. I didn't see any negative..... funny entrance (reception is on the 1st floor, not really marked from the ground floor). No lift! You have to climb 2-3 floors with your baggage!.
