  Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise.   This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. We now had 3 pillows each instead of one, ball pens instead of pencils, the room air con was set at a comfortable temperature rather than freezing cold. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

  We chose this hotel because we recently lived for 9 months in a condo suite that is part of the Hotel complex - so we knew it was good, and the location suited the purpose of our stay.   The hotel staff from the concierge,dining and bell service were exceptional, I commend Hotel Celeste for hiring good quality employyees, to name a few,Dada and Jiggs, they were attentive to all our needs and made our stay in Makati a memorable one.   I almost thought we'd arrived at the wrong hotel when we saw the surroundings compared to the price that we had paid. This hotel is top notch. Excellent location right in the heart of the Makati business district. Service is excellent. The perfect hotel for the last night of a great - I liked the hotel very much from the moment I arrived. The staff are warm atterntive helpful and very kind. The room was large bright and spotless.   Nice spacious room with lots of included facilities, breakfast has large choice! Stayed in three hotels in manila within ten day this was the last and the best!   We enjoyed an extended stay at the Hotel due to the floods effecting Manila. The staff were the true heroes of the hotel with outstanding service and help. - Love this hotel. The staff are excellent. Very close to shopping and restaurants.I'm very comfortable staying in this hotel.
