  The staff were absolutely fantastic! We would like to particualrly thank Kisha and Shiela from Snaps bar, as they went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome and Karen who works around the magnificent pool, she made us feel like we were around friends as she remembered both our names from our first visit to Sofitel! The buffe... vad folk säger » t breakfast was one of the most extravagent and delicious things I have ever seen (and eaten!), and the rooms were so clean and stocked full of everyt - Had an excellent stay. Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

  The stay at the traders, I found the staff very professional willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had room to play in the room which had 2 double beds and a cot and a lounge sofa.   It was our second and most likely not last time at the Atrium. The room was very big and clean and tidy. It is close to the Airport but also close to City parts like Makati. The staff was very friendly and helpful but at the same time also professional. The room comes with a balcony and a nice view over Manila. We was really satisfied with everyth... vad folk säger » ing. The area is a bit crowded as there is a train and bus station but once in your room you do not feel that. Also there are all sort of food options - It was my 4th times stay in Atrium and i really like staying in this hotel because it has the comfort of your home and very comfy room.The view is very nice over the city of Manila, hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would surely love to use this hotel when I go back Manila this year

  Older hotel with a lot of charm if you prefer something with a bit of character. The hotel is pre ww2 but the rooms were clean, functional and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel is in an older area with a lot of character so be cautious when out and about but hotel was set back from the main road in a - Friendly and responsive staff Amazing breakfast Everything works an if there is a problem, it is fixed immediately. We felt very secure in the area. Convenient location. Great view from the top floor. Beautiful old mansion and nice garden. The restaurant is so convenient and the food is great.

  I requested an upgrade to a deluxe room after reading some scary reviews. The deluxe room was very comfortable and modern. I loved the 2 swimming pools, one for lane swimming and the other for a quick dip to cool down. - excellent service at front desk nice lap pool and hot Jacuzzi just opposite sm mall and grocery
