  My girlfriend and I stayed at the NS for 5 nights in November. It is without doubt a budget hotel, so dont expect to much. It is ideally suited for central Cebu city with a number of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Fuentes circle is 10 minutes walk away with Robinsons mall and SM mall is fairly close to. The rooms are a decent s... vad folk säger » ize and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.   It was very nice and it was great to have a carpeted room versus the other hotel we stayed at during our vacation. Especially for the price it was not a bad hotel. - Wi-fi and proximity to other places. The staff are very good and hospitable..(guards, doorman, reception, reataurant staffs & housekeeping)

  Friendliness of the receptionist ( morning shift ) and so helpful and accommodating. I got a welcome drink which was spot on when I arrived coz I was so thirsty! Also the food attendant or the waiter in the morning! He was so nice & friendly. Everyone will greet you even the security guard! And will run or organize taxi for you.
