  We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Peru. The staff were very friendly in particular Danny on reception. The breafast was very good with a variety of fruit,yogurts,bread and cooked items on offer. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The first time we stayed we got a room at the top of the hotel with a balcony which had good ... vad folk säger » views. The second room we had was fabulous large double bed and a big bath, mini bar and seating area.Free internet although a little slow. Excellent - Location couldn´t have been any more convenient, hotel is just behind the cathedral. We had an entire apartment to ourselves with a little living room area with sofas, two bathrooms and a spacious bedroom and excellent bed. The staff were very welcoming and considerate. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of options. There was complimentary tea available at reception.

  Eco Inn was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at during our two weeks' holiday in Peru. If you stay in Puno for a short time I would advise to eat in the hotel restaurant as it serves food far better then you can possibly find in town. You can see the food being prepared in an open kitchen and the dishes look impressive and taste great... vad folk säger » . Breakfast was also the best we had in Peru. We went on an early lake trip organised by Casa Andina which is nearby and it was an excellent location - The EcoInn was just across the street from Lake Titicaca. There was a beautiful garden on-site as well as llamas, sheep and guinea pigs. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of different options. They began serving at 6 am which was nice since we were heading out for an early morning tour. The staff was always helpful. They provided oxygen if needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

  We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting lake Titicaca. The hotel is located a few steps from the Plaza de Armas. It's a nice building on a (what looks to be) safe street. Rooms are on the small side and we had a bit of a trouble with fitting our big luggage (but it should be no problem for two normal backpacks). The staff is very friendly and - A comfortable & well located hotel near Plaza de Armas (a nice "people watching" location). The staff were really pleasant and helpful. There is a lift (elevator) for those who experience some effects of the altitude. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Only 20 minutes walk to Lake Titicaca jetty.

  Everything! The staff at San Antonio Suites could not have been more helpful. We were met at the bus station by kind and welcoming Marco who paid for our cab and took us back to San Antonio Suites where we had our first real HOT showers in weeks (many places in Peru say they have hot showers but really don't and it can be quite cold in the winter... vad folk säger » !). Breakfast was delicious~ fresh bread, eggs made to order, cheese, all sorts of fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, etc. The staff let us use their - I can't say enough good things about San Antonio Suites. From the moment I booked the hotel until the second we left they were extraordinarily helpful. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. They helped me book tours before I arrived, recovered my lost wallet for me, set a room aside for me to take an important phone call and re-arrange my luggage (after we checked out) and in general were extremely nice and helpful. In particular Berta and Marcos were extremely helpful

  Kuntur Inn is an excellent hotel value for an interim stop before spending time on the Lake Titicaca Islands. The owners of the hotel were extremely accommodating. They spoke good English and had great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. As this was a first stay si - The family members which own/run this hotel are probably some of the sweetest, most attentive people in Peru. They were absolutely wonderful and even came with a sign to pick us up at the bus station when we asked. (Paid for taxi, but not for the owner to ride along to make you feel secure). The hotel itself is always locked, but there is always someone there to open the door for you. The rooms themselves are cutely decorated and have all the basics available.
