This typical backpacker hostel has different kind of accommodation. The shared bathroom types like dorms and doubles are in the wooden sector (papertin walls), while the rooms with private bathroom are in the back and made of concrete, covering up to 3 floors. These rooms are big, clean and the huge bathroom comes with hot water with good pressure (who needs hot water anyway, it was summer). TV and WiFi very good, Internet computer in the lobby. Small patio with hammocks, ok but need a facelift. alla recensioner »
Me and my friends spent only one night here. The rooms were simple, but clean, towels were also provided, absolutely enough for our purposes. The owner and his wife were perfect! Both were very nice, helped us to arrange a trip to Islas Ballestas and transport to Huacachina. I would definitely recommend this place for one night stay in Paracas.
In the end I did not stay there. The staff was absolutely honest to let us know that the neighbor would celebrate an anniversary and would probably have loud music until the after hours and we needed to sleep well that night. I will definitely stay there if I have another chance.
Loved the staff! Alberto was so friendly, honest, and very easy to talk to! He set up any excursions we wanted to do, showed us around the hostel. He told us where to eat and where not to eat. Paracas is a very safe town and beautiful area.
The value for money is fantastic. The rooms are very simple but made of wood and gives the place original atmosphere. Instead of lot of backpackers in the hostal rotate, the equipment is maintained well and place is cleaned properly.
The room was on the 3rd floor and had a view over Paracas. The hotel manager was brilliant - he help arrange tours and advice on buses. The best price for tours to island and reserve - don't book elsewhere beforehand!.
-The host Alberto is very helpfull, honest and has cheap tours. He is very focused on making your stay enjoyable.
-hire bikes to go to the national park, you're gonna have the whole thing for yourself.
The owner is very helpful. Full of good advices and can help you with booking all the activities you can do around Paracas. The rooms are clean quiet and there is a magnificent patio where hang over.
The hostel is in a great spot in Paracas. The stuff is friendly and helpfull and you can arrange tours at the hostel. It is very good value as well. And the shared showers really have warm water.
friendly and welcoming staff with plenty of information about paracas, good location (100 m near the pier, beach, shop and restaurants), clean and quite spacious rooms with private bathrooms.
The owner is a very sweet man and the room was perfect for my stay! The tours that are there are good, don't feel pressured and he lets you know where budget places In town are to eat.
The owners were really helpful and friendly, gave lots of information about tours and were not at all pushy with it. A communal kitchen is a nice feature to see, particularly in Peru.
The owner is better than great. Helped us find ourselves in the city. We
felt like we visited our family. The hotel is good quality for this
money and very clean.
Owner Alberto arranges everything for you and you can ask everything!
You feel really welcome
Very friendly and good English
Location is great
24/7 hot water.
VERY helpful staff, allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room on multiple occasions, good location 2 min walk from beach, quiet at night.
Got what I expected fot the money.
There was also a kitchen to use and two shops near,
great location.
The bed was so comfy!.
The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful not only at my stay in
Paracas but also for my continue trip through Peru.
The staff is really helpful, and can arrange the trips around the place (e.g., Islas Ballestras) in a reasonable price.
The owner is super friendly and nice! And well knowledge !!! Everything he recommend , the price is very reasonable!.
Very friendly and helpful owner. Owner (Alberto) willing to arrange everything from tours to buses to where to eat.
what a tranquile and relaxing place. we enjoyed our time here, and feltlt right at home the moment we stepped in!.
Perfect location. Easy to organize trips from the hostel. Showers and toilets kept clean. Nice area to sit.
It was clean with good beds, and the owner give us good information
about the city and tours.
Alberto very friendly and gave more information about tours. Very
helpful !!.
Staff excellent, they helped us for all. Clean, safe, highly reccomened.
Owners were amazingly hospitable and kind! Location was great!.
Easy, very friendly personal and owners Kitchen available.
Alberto, the owner, was very helpful and friendly.
Alberto is really nice to us, and very helpful.
STAFF - Alberto - was Incomparable!.
Best in town - good and cheap.
The owner was amazing...
Nothing! Keep in mind that this is a busy backpacker hostel, people rarely stay more the two nights because Paracas is small and the Beach is not so great.
Not a lot to do here, but a great town to just chill out for a little while and relax!.
The owner is partly like "tourist agency", but the prices he presents as the best were not the best as we found later on.
Cockerel and dogs in neighbours building were noisy in the morning/night.
When we where there the neighbors had a event every single night. Which was kind of loud from the room we stayed in.
There are only two sinks for all the people to wash and brush teeth.
The kitchen wasn't really the greatest and there were dogs in the neighborhood that barked all night.
The wifi didn't work in our room at the back of the hostel; we had to sit in the reception, which was a bit cold in winter. The neighbours are extremely noisy, but this isn't the owners' fault.
Nothing !.
The kitchen is a little small
Be carefull for fake Backpackers House people around the busstation. Always ask for 'Alberto'!!!.
Thin walls did not protect against noise outside.
Pillows very scrawny even for a hostel. Bathroom door could not close. Towels were very small.
The noise at night.
Showers were lacking, and Internet didn't work in the rooms you had to be in the common space.
The dorm are in a hut on the top of the building so it got quite cold and there are many roosters behind the building that are very loud.
Nothing!.
