The staff were excellent in helping us with our needs. Room was serviced and cleaned everyday during the duration of our stay. The mineral pool was the highlight of our stay and the big spa bath in our bedroom. We didn't need to go to the Polynesian Spa Pools after the marathon. We will definitely be staying here on our next Rotorua Marathon trip next year. I made the booking but my sister and her family stayed. We changed the arrangements with Gateways permission. They were exceptional in terms of meeting our requests, and some! The best ever for accommodating my family at the last minute. Also my sister had just got out of hospital so they were very respectful of her need for rest and quiet.
