  The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The rooms were nice, basic and most importantly clean. Its about a 10-15min walk to the City Train Station. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book there again if we ever go to Utretcht again - Great location, friendly and knowledgable staff.

  The hotel is a work in progress. Lillian, the Proprietress is a bundle of energy with a wonderful smile, and dedicated to recreating this (much) older building into a very upscale B 'n B. In a neighbourhood that is close enough to the countryside that the air is clean and the evenings very quiet (except for the creaky floor boards).
