  Clean, good size rooms, excellent bathrooms, good value for money. By far the best part was staff (Tamara and a male) who worked hard, were busy but went out of their way to help us. Their attitude and effort made a good stay in to a great one, thank you. - Nice hotel,nice breakfest,dinner in restaurant.nice stuff... A lit bit too far away from... vad folk säger » downtown...but nice to walk to centre just 2km... Would be nice to rent Bicicle and to feel as local

  The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. - I liked the breakfast. it was humble, but sincere. The staff of the hotel was kind. The room was spacious.

  The staff was courteous, attentive, and accommodating. The room was attractive, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Excellent selection and quality of meals from the hotel's several dining locations.   Everything was excellent - They were really helpful, I have 6 months old baby, They came to room and set up everything.. They asked me if I need baby bottle warmer or anything else.. I never thought Hotel would habe baby bottle warmer :)
