  The breakfast buffet was included in our price. There was a wide variety of choice and we enjoyed it. Although the train station was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, there was a bus that ran in front of the hotel between Den Haag Central Station and Leiden Central Station.   The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city.   First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok. We found the lobby area very beautiful. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike. Very good value for money.

  Everything was excellent - They were really helpful, I have 6 months old baby, They came to room and set up everything.. They asked me if I need baby bottle warmer or anything else.. I never thought Hotel would habe baby bottle warmer :)
