  I have enjoyed staying in Hotel Milano tremendously and I must say it has the best service and amenties, and the best value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and a wide range of amenties were provided, including an in-house thermal flask and free flow of coffee and tea, and also a wide range of tolietries.   Staff were excellent - a rare pleasure! - The hotel is close to the city and just 8 Euros to the train station. The hotel was very quiet over the weekend and the receptionist was running the whole show, to her credit too! The rooms are very clean and tidy. I have family living nearby and will stay there again when next visiting.

  The location is very good just opposite train station. There are two supermarkets around the block especially Jumbo supermarket which provide a wide range of bread and muffins. There is a green eateries located just beside Jumbo which served quite nice fried noodles and a mobile fish snack store which served very nice fish fillets, very fresh.   First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok. We found the lobby area very beautiful. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike. Very good value for money.

  The staff were very welcoming, they made the stay much more pleasant. I thought the hotel of a very high standard. The free internet access was very useful too.
