  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous!   The location is very good just opposite train station. There are two supermarkets around the block especially Jumbo supermarket which provide a wide range of bread and muffins. There is a green eateries located just beside Jumbo which served quite nice fried noodles and a mobile fish snack store which served very nice fish fillets, very fresh.   This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better - just everything... stuff is really friendly and helpful, room is more than i was expected for price...
