  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  The bed was comfy (memory foam) and the room spacious. Good air conditioning as it was 31 outside. The shower is a wet room type, clean and modern. Big fluffy white towels which we love. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We will stay again as we visit Leiden often. - Great location - very central. Friendly reception staff. Good choice at breakfast, although continental, there were a few cooked items, and everything was regularly replenished. Room was light and airy, with lots of space and a comfy double bed.   This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great.
