Helt ok rum, lugnt och tyst (även om det är rätt lyhört). Det var en mysig ort med ett bra bageri och en väldigt bra ostbutik. - Nice clean little city (or suburb?). The hotel is really wonderful! We stayed there with my friend for 4 nights at the end of May and were really suprised with everything. First, location. You're in the centre but away from the noisy crowd. Dam Square is within 15 min walk. The tram stop is just next to the hotel so it's really easy to get everywhere in Amsterdam. Secondly, the hotel

The hotel is easily reachable by public transport.
I spent two nights in the hotel and enjoyed comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfasts and friendly staff who was always there ready to help.
When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go. Thanks to the hotel manager's advice during my short stay I managed to visit almost all the top attractions in Amsterdam.

Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. It is situated in a calm, quiet and peaceful environment just few minutes away from the station. Very well kept and clean environment. Everything, nice couple that was very nice and helpful in anything we asked, the apartment was big and comfy, we had there everything we needed and a big kitchen with everything you can ask for.
We had an amazing view to the lake, the apartment looked new and it was also renovated.
It was a bit expensive but if you compare it to Amsterdam's prices

We had a stopover in Schiphol and booked one nights accommodation at the
Holiday Inn Express. The pick-up service from the airport was much
appreciated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was
good. The proximity of the railway station in Hoofddorf, which was a
short walk, was great as our flight the following day was an evening one
so we enjoyed a canal trip and lunch in the city centre. Our bags were
safe in the hotel left luggage room and we purchased a hotel bus ticket
back
