I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival.

noise and disturbances from other guests and a stones throw away from
the train station (as train are electric they are very quiet so no
disturbance). Very easy to jump on the train from Schipol airport
(station is under the airport if you've not been) and catch the
train to Zaandam where you turn left from the platforms and out of the
station over a footbridge round to the hotel. Two train stops away from

The hotel is small, but very cozy. The room was quite small, but they all are in Amesterdam, and we felt the space was very well used.
The decoration is very nice and charming, with nice details. Its fairly new and very clean.

Don't believe the ba reviews. This place is lovely. All newly redecorated. Small rooms but for the amount of time you spend in them more than adequate.
Comfy beds, lovely shower room.
Complimentary shower gel and shampoo.
10 min walk from Anne Franks House. 15 minutes from Dam square. 10 mins from central station
Would stay there again. And highly recommended.

Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. 3 night stay - Hotel located very close to Metro line - station can be seen from the hotel - so if you are travelling by car, just leave it at the hotel and travel by public transport to the city center. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -
