  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. We have never experienced such excellent customer service - Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets. Although the room was not especially large, with one queen bed it did not feel at all cramped.   We were 2 couples visitng Rotterdam for the weekend to be with my son who is studying in college there. As one of our party has Parkinsons we needed somewhere central, comfortable (home from home) and not too expensive. My - The single-room apartment is big with a balcony. You can get off at the Beuros station and then get there within 2-3 min by foot. There are many shops, restaurants and museums around the apartment, so the location is very convenient. The apartment is iconic and comfortable and also suitable for having a party with friends. The nightlight sights are pretty good and you can see Euromast from the balcony. The free WiFi is fast speed and there is a safecase in the wardrobe. If I will travel to Rott
