  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The stocked kitchenwas a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities.   Highly recommended for a visit to Amsterdam Staff were outstanding We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.

  I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer. The location is the best thing about this hotel. There are several options of transportation close to - I got really impressed by the cleaness and comfort. The beds are wonderful. The bedding was very clean and nice. The furniture seems brand new. The There is a kinder garden right in front of the hotel, so I think that's why the street is closed for cars, which makes it really peaceful even in the middle of everything else.
