  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!! Open until 11PM - awesome furniture, each floor is different in style - good... vad folk säger » cocktail bar - excellent breakfast, a great choice of everything in a completely fusion style, free white brut wine! - 3 glass lift - excellent staff - Corner room on 9th floor with large windows offered fantastic 180 degrees view of Rotterdam. Beautifully designed, quiet and spacious. Spa-bath/whirlpool great extra. Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.

  Willem the owner was a really friendly and helpful person,he had some interesting stories to tell! The interior of the yacht was spectacular,and everything lived up to our expectations.We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Rotterdam.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10
