  Location is very good, only 5 munites of walk from central station. The room is tidy and distinctive. Kitchen is also nice, we cooked during our stay. A feeling of Home. I will choose this accomadation again when the next time to Amsterdam. - Staff& location

  Niels provided outstanding service. He was personable and extremely helpful. When I first arrived in Amsterdam I got myself lost in the red light district and he came to pick me up. The apartment was immaculate and had a well-equipped kitchen. It was located in a quiet, beautiful nieghborhood overlooking the canals. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.

It was clean and well decorated.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend the apartments to groups of people going to Amsterdam but Im not sure we would have liked it so much if we had to share with another couple.   Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  We slept on a boat - what else can I say? :) Very friendly staff (father and daughter), they helped us with all our questions. Of course the rooms are a bit small (and so was the bathroom), but this was to be expected on a boat. We really loved that it was so well located, everything is reachable by foot. I would highly recommend it for a special Amsterdam-trip. :) - Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and great value for money. Cheapest room with ensuite in Amsterdam!
