  Läget i staden och personalens vänlighet. - personalen, hotellet var som jag hade förväntat mig på alla sätt utom att rummet kändes lite "murrigt" och kanske lite smutsigt på heltäckningsmattan och själva sängenbotten, dock inte lakanen och kuddar.   The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

  The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)
