We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)

Läget i staden och personalens vänlighet. - personalen, hotellet var som jag hade förväntat mig på alla sätt utom att rummet kändes lite "murrigt" och kanske lite smutsigt på heltäckningsmattan och själva sängenbotten, dock inte lakanen och kuddar. The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

Friendliness of all hotel staff, the feeling that I was staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the Lounge were great.
