  The hospitality was excellent with a most thoughtful and kind hostess. We had 'simple' breakfasts which were very full and imaginative. It was very cold outside when we arrived and she did all she could to make us warm and comfortable. Our room was delightful with a balcony and bistro set. She was also very good company.   - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!! Open until 11PM - awesome furniture, each floor is different in style - good... vad folk säger » cocktail bar - excellent breakfast, a great choice of everything in a completely fusion style, free white brut wine! - 3 glass lift - excellent staff - Corner room on 9th floor with large windows offered fantastic 180 degrees view of Rotterdam. Beautifully designed, quiet and spacious. Spa-bath/whirlpool great extra. Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.

  Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. - Beautifully designed comfortable rooms and great service.
