  A truly experience of perfect guest's service on all levels. Housekeeping, reception, waiters, travel agency...., but in particular Miss Tenzin at customer relations who took care of all our questions and queries. Also the strict security measures at night are highly appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay an unforgettable - This Hotel gives a feeling you are welcome right away, they awaited us up on arrival, with welcome drinks and placed in complete nepali style the Buddhist mark on our forehead.   The location and freindliness of the staff here at the Middle Path is excellent. Our stay was complete with a complimentary breakfast which is one of the best breakfasts I have had in 35 years of travelling. We had a nightmare of our life and decided to book Hotel Middle Path just to get out of there. We were greeted by Ramesh, one of the owner of the hotel. He really turned our trip in Pokhara from nightmare to joy. All the staff are really friendly and smiley, and will go a long way to make us feel at ease and comfortable.   The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful. From the manager to the security guard, all of them were incredibly friendly. We felt super comfortable with them. Also, they were really keen on helping us arrange stuff like paragliding and other activities, they made us feel very comfortable there The hotel facilities were also really good. We liked the hotel a lot and - Everything about the hotel is nice. Especially the Manager Khem is an excellent fellow and will cater even the tiniest needs of the customer. I wish i had more time to stay at that hotel. Looking forward for my next visit. The rooftop is an excellent place with both lakeside and mountain views. And its so nicely located. Not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle f main steets yet not too far way. Just 5-10 mins walk. Bravo !!!!
