Water, bathroom, room, bedsheet, they are all clean. We had a great stay in the hotel. I accidenctly left my wallet in the lobby, with the help from front desk and the nice gentleman from China, i found my wallet back. Mr. Dependra(sorry for the wrong spelling) shows us the room and let us choose the one we like. He is helpful in providing travelling tips. 接下来我用中文写，客栈环境真是不错，房间各设施都很干净，而且水也是干净的！之前定这家酒店的时候看到一个评语说老板可能比较爱推销旅游产品，所以可能那位客人不是很舒服。因此，我心中存了个膈应。了解之后，觉得其实这是不同的需求所致，如果中国朋友入住，老板要跟你介绍相关产品，你要是愿意.

Stayed in Greatwall for two nights, before and after our trekking. Boss Dipendra is ready to help all the time about everything, with recommending us a very nice chinese restaurant and travel agent. Also thanks to his favor, we were able to return the backway greenline bus ticket 'coze we changed to fly to Bokhara for saving time to trekking. Also a very good place to stay, clean and quiet. Located in Thamel, it is very convenient to shop around. Perfect for your stay in Kathmandu, both the p. Very good choice for my first visit in Nepal. near Thamel, hidden and not so noisy as main street. hot water all day. no problem with energy. wifi. clean room and bathroom. free pickup/drop at airport. good price. and most important - staff :) all staff is very helpful and friendly. They can arrange anything you want in Nepal. I had a great time staying at this hotel, and would stay there again. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were traveling with a 5 month old baby so the airport pick-up was extremely convenient. Although the rolling power blackouts happened during the day, we had no problems at night when we were back at the hotel. Also, they set up a driver for us to go to see the sunrise near Nagarkot and the car and driver where excellent. Great experience overall. We loved everything about this Hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights,and we had a really good time.They picked us up from Airport. The location was great!Room was very clean.Staff were very friendly and helpful.They took care of all our requests.The owner can speak Japanese,so there was no need to be worried at all.We have only good Words to say about all of them. The hotel is run by a family, the atmosphere is very friendly, and everyone is ready to help you anytime, all you need is ask. It is very clean, rooms are neat and spacious. Nice view from the terrace cafe. And what is important there was no problem with our booking, everything was ready. It was really nice to stay here. The staff atthe Greatwall are excellent, very helpful with typical Nepal friendlyness. They help organise various trips and transport for us so we made the most of our week in Nepal. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in the heart of Thamel so easy to walk to local sites. center in Thamel,but very quite,free pick up from airport, hot water all day,twin room are big. staff is very helpful and friendly.if we are in Kathmandu, we stay at this hotel. Staff excellent really helpful would stay here if came back good pick up at air port to hotel book it you will love it. We can recommend our guide Gocool Timalsina. the wife is the room is not as fast as in the lobby. wifi is not so good in the room. Not very stable wifi in the room. Nothing, I though Greatwall was great and had a top holiday. I don´t know. Map need up dating showing which part of thamel in hotel. annoying guy in the travel guide office!. No breakfast, and the hotel keeper took us for breakfast, which is not very nice and a little bit expensive. Noisy. Nothing.
