  The hotel is in a quiet but I believe basically safe though somewhat dilapidated neighborhood. That said, the hotel itself is as charming a place as you can imagine. Our room had a large terrace overlooking a small but lovely garden with a tile inlay pool. Overall, We enjoyed this hotel more than almost any other we have come across in all our t - We loved our stay here. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the host with the present of a free upgrade to the best room in the house. The ambiance is relaxed and sophisticated, and the house is absolutely beautiful and perhaps in the best location of Tangier. We love it.

Everything matches perfectly.   Bayt Alice was a wonderful stay. Fabienne was a very friendly and helpful host. The location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful as well. An overall perfect stay in Tangier. I high - The location was fantastic. The terrace top roof was magic. The furnishings and rooms were lovely and we were so well looked after. Tangier is a great place to visit especially if you want to experience something completely different. Fabienne was so welcoming and a fantastic host and we also had the pleasure of meeting her mother.   The breakfast was delicious, the owner herself was brilliant and very helpful and friendly. The location is great for visiting the old medina and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The design of the house and the garden resembles the true and historical image of how Tangier was a huge crossing point between Europe and Africa. Highly recommended.
